Sagrada Familia: Spiritual Figuration

The Sagrada Familia series was inspired by a 2024 trip to Barcelona, Spain.  The towering Gothic cathedral’s exterior is in complete contrast to the interior.  Reconstruction of the 250 year old cathedral is ongoing, and probably will continue for a long time.  Inside the Cathedral which was (re-) designed by Gaudi decades ago, light floods the senses.  The soaring architecture rouses the spirit in an almost indescribable way, depicted in these works.
